The Silicon Business Tower SBT is a Corporate Office building Located in Capital Smart City, Islamabad. This project is a significant commercial development featuring a four-storey podium with two basements. On these podiums there are two 13-storey office towers. The total covered area of the project is 745,000 square feet.

Designed by Varow International, the building includes a comprehensive MEP system. Air conditioning is provided by six 350 TR air-cooled chillers, delivering a total cooling capacity of 2100 TR. The electrical infrastructure supports a load of approximately 3.65 MW, with backup power from three 1250 KVA generators.

The building also integrates advanced systems such as Extra Low Voltage systems such as CCTV security surveillance, Building Management System (BMS) and parking management system etc. The building also hosts amenities which include gyms, cafeterias, swimming pools, saunas, and spas, offering state-of-the-art facilities for its occupants.
