The project is owned by PRIMACO (Pakistan Real Estate & Project Management Company (Pvt.) Ltd. A wholly own subsidiary of EOBI (Employees Old Age Benefits Institution).

The Project comprised of 4 x Cinemas and 2 Supermarkets (Covered Area, 240,000 Sft.) having a total running load of 2.5 MW.

The Scope Included complete design and supervision of Internal & External Raw and Emergency Illumination system of buildings, Street and perimeter lighting, Computer network system, underground L.T. and H.T. cables, Communication cables, Fiber Optics Cable network with NMS, Telephone network, Fire alarm system, L.T. and H.T. Switchgear, 2 x 1250 kVA and 1 x 750 kVA Transformers and Generators.
