Mariyah Investment Company intends to design and build a residential tower at the heart of Riyadh. The Tower is going to be a mid-rise Tower with its dedicated accommodating facilities for its residences exclusive use. Such a housing endeavor aims to provide chic, upscale and facilitated homes to working class Saudi families and singles alike, the residential tower will create an interlinked community, yet each family can maintain its privacy and individuality.

The site is located in a buzzing commercial district, Adjacent to Royal Saudi Air forces Headquarters and in close proximity to Prince Sultan Military Medical City as well as the King Fahad Medical city.
