The project is divided into 4 service areas consisting of a Super Market, Commercial/Retail, a five-star hotel and corporate offices. The total covered area of the building is 847,000 Sft and stands 35 Storey Tall. The podium levels consist of a commercial complex that provides a single window solution for building construction material.
The complex also hosts a retail mall in the podium level and offices from 13th Floor till the 35th Floor. Varow is providing its full design services for the development to provide all commercial, building construction materials and retail services under one roof.

The project located in DHA Phase V, Islamabad and is a Basement & Ground plus 40-storey Residential Towers having a total covered area of 1.42 Million Sft. The ground floor has a hugely spread podium of commercial retail. On these podiums sit 4 towers consisting of High end apartments. These towers are connected on the 18th Floor which provides high quality health club, spa, sauna, and gymnasiums. The Top floors are dedicated for the luxurious penthouse which contains high-end facilities including terrace top swimming pools.
