The total covered area of the building is 847,000 Sft and stands 35 Storey Tall. The podium levels consist of a commercial complex that provides a single window solution for building construction material.
The complex also hosts a retail mall in the podium level and offices from 13th Floor till the 35th Floor. Varow is providing its full design services for the development to provide all commercial, building construction materials and retail services under one roof.
