The project consists of the Signature, Gateway and Oasis buildings, which constitute a major segment of the Central Business Hub within Lahore Smart City having covered area of approximately 9.7 million Sft.

“The Signature” project features an impressive Ground + 58-storey tower which includes retail spaces on the podium floors, office areas on the intermediate levels, and a luxurious 7-star hotel occupying the top floors. This strategic design ensures unparalleled views of the city from the hotel floors providing a rich experience for its guests.

“The Gateway” project features two symmetrical but mirrored buildings, each with a Ground + 28-storey structure. These buildings are designed to serve as the gateway to the Oasis project. Just like the signature, each building has retail areas on the podium floors, office spaces in the intermediate levels, and hotel accommodations on the upper floors.
