Varow International, in collaboration with Ahmad Riaz Associates (Architects), is developing a landmark 5-star mixed-use project in Quetta. The development features two major components.

The first is the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, a premium 5-star hospitality offering spread across 526,000 square feet. The hotel will include 267 keys, along with state-of-the-art amenities such as health clubs and rooftop restaurants.

The second component is the Nazar Jan Mall, a modern retail complex covering 567,000 square feet. It is designed to accommodate a mix of international brands and local vendors, fostering economic growth and inclusivity. The mall also features a large food court with over 30 food stalls as well as rooftop dining and banquet halls
