Varow is working with an association with an International architecture firm on a 3-star Holiday Inn express hotel situated in Riyadh Saudi Arabia to provide MEP design services.

The site can be accessed from the city’s principal roads, the front connects to king Abdullah branch road, which merges to king Abdullah road. Upcoming Riyadh Metro routes will make the subject site accessible by public transport. The Site is within walking distance of the metro station on the intersection between the Blue Line and Red Line. This will enable transportation in all directions of Riyadh.

The aim of the project is to support the Riyadh 2030 vision by encouraging tourism and providing world class hospitality at the cities center.
